GTA 4 PC-Version Bug / Glitch lets framerate raise above 600

Duration: 3:00

Update #2: This never happened again. After the patch I got around 30-40 at day and 22-30 at night, pretty playable. Overclocked my CPU to 4GHz, GTA is very CPU-dependent! Settings: 1280x1024 High High 40 40 40 16 Resource Usage is way over the 512MB of my card, but I deactivated the check using the '-norestrictions' command and it runs fine. ------------------------- Update #1: The high framerate seems to be caused by the fact that the environment was not reflected on the street and the cars. So the refelctions are possibly the frame-eating bastard. You can't lower them or turn them off in the options. ------------------------- This is a crazy bug that just occured on my brand new GTA 4 PC Version I purchased today. I played a little, stopped playing, drank a coffee, started the game again (I didn't change any options!) and this crazy bug appeared. Some black blocks are reflected by the cars and the street and the framerate was between 40 and 600! Most of the time it is 40-50 and on some places (like shown in the video) it goes much further! Forgot to say that I had a crappy 15-30 fps before! The graphics are the same as before , there are just these black things that are being reflected. This bug looks weird but it lets the framerate go megahigh so please analyse this, Rockstar and give us a Patch, I (and many other PC-Players) want to play at this framerate! Here is a picture where you can see the blocks: http://img404.imageshack.us/my.php?image=101ni0.jpg My Specs: Intel C2D E8400 Powercolor HD4850 512MB 2GB RAM Asus Xonar DX WinXP Pro SP3 GTA 4 EU-Version PS: Sorry for the crappy quality and light-conditions but i think you can see whats going on.
