Population control has been a major argument over the past fifty years across the globe. It has been put to use in China through family planning, is opposed by many religious organisations for moral reasons, and may be necessary in the near future because our planet's holding capacity has almost been met. So, what do you think? Are you in favour of population control, or do you think that it is a bad idea? Here are some things to consider. Pros: Decreasing the population can help save the environment, allow natural resources to not be exploited, end global hunger, and allow for better quality of life. Cons: It places a price-tag on life, takes away the basic human right of being able to choose what you want for your body/family/life, is opposed by many religions, and is viewed as immoral. Some types of population control: Genocide, war, famine, natural disasters, abortion, contraceptives, family planning, and willfully not reproducing. Remember to keep all comments nice! I cannot stress enough that I can and will delete your comments if they are offensive, harassing, or obscene. I will not tolerate comments that go against the rules. I pledge that I will never delete your comment or harass you for having a different view point from that of my own. I try to remain unbiased, though I'm sure that you can guess on my videos which side I may favour. Still, I want this to be an honest debate and conversation between the opposing sides.
